At Vaudeville Fusion Dance Studio, our instructors believe that burlesque has the power to inspire, uplift, and transform. Betty Les Belge, the founder, is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills. This deep belief in the transformative power of performance is what inspired her to create Vaudeville Fusion.
Originally from Adelaide, Betty’s background is rich in drama, music, jazz, tap, and ballet—a legacy she inherited from her mother, a dancer and dance school principal. It’s no surprise, then, that Betty followed in her mother’s footsteps. Her artistic journey also includes studying voice, piano, and alto saxophone, showcasing her wide range of talents.
Betty’s passion for performance extended into the music world, where she was a lead vocalist for the cover band Miranda Cult and the original band Faire D'Ophelia. Additionally, she danced with the Adelaide Celtic group, The Border Celts, performing on stage and at festivals, further solidifying her extensive performance experience.
Betty began her burlesque journey in 2020 as a student, and after winning North Queensland's Apprentease, she quickly transitioned into teaching. Becoming an instructor was a natural progression for Betty, as her love for instructing is her biggest passion. There is nothing she values more than helping others feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Betty Les Belge embodies her Belgian and Scandinavian heritage, bringing a unique blend of cultural influences to her work. Her presence is sultry, seductive, and flirty, yet she remains fun, down-to-earth, and compassionate—traits that resonate with those who meet her. These qualities are reflected in her approach to burlesque, where she combines elegance and sensuality with warmth and authenticity, making her a captivating instructor and performer. Betty’s ability to balance strength with kindness is at the core of her teaching style, creating an environment where students feel both empowered and supported.
Her dream is to create a space at Vaudeville Fusion where everyone feels part of a family—a place where students can feel safe, courageous, and brave as they discover their inner strength and express their creativity.

Willow’s origin story is not for the faint of heart and yet her love of creative expression and performance art persisted. Discovering burlesque in 2015 would be the spark that ignited a deep passion for Willow. Burlesque became more than a creative outlet for her and she resolved to explore how burlesque empowered and offered an avenue for reclaiming one’s self.
Willow has trained with some of the biggest names in the Australian and International burlesque community. Honing her skills in both classic and neo burlesque, twerk, prop work and performance artistry, to name a few and continues to grow and learn as a performer and instructor. Willow has built a humble resume of performances over the past decade, from local showcases and spotlights, to national festivals, and even a cheeky appearance internationally.
A self appointed “Burlesque Unicorn”, Willow has earned an acclaimed reputation for rare yet legendary performances. Leaving an emcee speechless, and entrancing a seasoned photographer so completely they kept looking up from the lens as she danced. Being caught in her gaze is truly a transcendent experience.
Willow’s talents are not restricted to burlesque; she is also regarded as a skilled MUA, photographer, visual artist, vocalist, costume maker, writer and cult leader. Unapologetically authentic, Willow embraces her dark past with even darker humour and serves as quiet inspiration for many whose lives she has touched.
After a hiatus to focus on healing Willow is returning to instructing while living with invisible disabilities including Complex PTSD, Functional Neurological Disorder, AuDHD and associated comorbidities. Her passion for healing through the Art of Burlesque continues to inspire her and can be seen in Willow’s mentorship style infusing elements of body positivity, sexual empowerment, and embracing one’s uniqueness.
